Translation
Magen David|Here lies buried|A man who honored(*1) our Rabbis|Reuven|The son of Judah Lev|Borski|Who departed with a good name on the|13th of Shevat 5662 (1902)|May his soul be bound in the bonds of life|(*1) This assumes that the kuf is a kaf. With a kuf, the only translation I could ascertain was from a wall which in this context makes little sense. A kaf could to give honor.
